Do I need to be a member to use the club?
We offer single sessions,and no-commitment packages for you to use as and when you please, as well as our monthly memberships.
Do you have parking?
We have 14 dedicated spaces…….
Do I need to bring anything with me?
For contrast therapy you will need a swimsuit, towel and flip flops or an equivalent. For all other remedies we advise to wear comfortable active wear.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes, we have premium male and female changing facilities that were built with our customer in mind, to allow you to feel as good as ever leaving us. Both male and female changing include amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryers.
Where can I leave my belongings?
Belongings can be taken with you in all studio rooms, except for contrast therapy. For contrast therapy we recommend bringing only essential items that can be stored in the changing rooms at your own risk. We have cameras located just outside of the changing rooms.
Do you accept walk-ins at Remedy?
Walk-ins are accepted if availability allows.
Do you offer food and drink?
Our Remedy Wellness cafe offers a selection of hot drinks, soft drinks and smoothies. If you are looking to eat we stock light bites and snacks such as sandwiches and wraps from local businesses, which can be consumed on site or purchased to take away.
Can I remote work from Remedy?
Of course, whether you would like to work in our cafe area before or after your session, our space is designed with this in mind.
Booking and Memberships
How do I book?
You can book appointments on our website or mobile app. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends and peak hours. Walk-ins are accepted if availability allows.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our Cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to our valued clients. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice (6 hours for contrast therapy) to Cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations outside of this time frame may be subject to a Cancellation fee. Please look at our terms and conditions for our full Cancellation policy. If you are late, you will only have the amount of time remaining on your booking.
Can I book for someone else?
Each guest will need to book their own spot, create an account, and complete a waiver before visiting. This helps us keep everyone safe and ensures they receive all the right info ahead of their session.
Coming with a friend or partner?
Just make sure they’ve also set up their own account and booked separately. If you're treating someone, the easiest way is to purchase a gift card that they can redeem through their own account when they're ready to book.
